Somatic Coaching
Somatic coaching aims to help us journey from one way of being in the world to another by deepening our attention to the life of the body.
"Somatic Coaching posits that a person's way of being in the world, that is, who they are is the ground of the coaching. Transformation occurs when the being of the person is addressed." (The Art of Somatic Coaching)
In coaching sessions, we move toward your deepest longings using somatic practices, which are designed to strengthen your connection with your body and its wisdom. Each session is 60 minutes and grounded in your individual needs and goals. Sessions can be held virtually or in person.

Reiki
Reiki is a spiritual practice and system for healing that comes from Japan. It is often done by a practitioner using light touch and hand placements along the client's body, but distant healing sessions are also possible.
For in-person sessions, I facilitate a flow of energy to you using a series of hand placements or by hovering my hands slightly above your body. I usually allow myself to be guided by where I sense needs through interaction with the subtle energy field that surrounds your body.
In distance healing sessions, I attune my own energy to connect with your field. Sometimes I may receive impressions that relate to some aspect of your experience or the work being done through your subtle field. Before sessions begin, I will ask if you are interested in hearing about any such feedback, which is optional.
Finally, I approach Reiki as a spiritual practice and you may hear me reference things like your guides or Spirit Team since they are often involved in our healing journeys. Each 60-minute in-person session is $108.
Group Facilitation
I offer group facilitation on request to individuals or organizations who would like to integrate meditation or grounding practices into meetings or retreats. For more information, please reach out to me with the details of your request.
